Six (6) months after renting a 4 bedroom townhouse in Kendall Breeze from Andrew Tripodi and his client, I had prospective buyers knocking on my door to see the property that was listed for sale. He didn’t have the decency to advise. The owner left all decisions to this man, and he never went away. My realtor had to block his number after numerous requests to please stop calling. Neither owner or realtor were up front with their definition of the normal wear and tear I would be responsible for. The townhouse had mold growing from the 2nd floor vents, something they were both aware of since January after a professional inspection indicated a new roof was needed. The closet was so humid my purses had mold. They charged me $250 for mildew in the A/C, amongst other trumped up charges, like $200 for nail holes that most were already there. Unit was cleaned professionally and there was no garbage left. My belongings left for pickup the next day and communicated to owner actually disappeared from the driveway. 1 star is too generous. Buyer, seller, leasee beware.
